for Stockton 99's Grand Reopening March 22, 2009!!

Drifting will be a part of the new format at 99!	Flowers and grass add to the complete make over the track has gone through.	It wouldn't be racing without a Shafer in the house!	'Ol #7, Jack McCoy and Ken Clapp before the opening Ceremonies.	County Sheriff Steve Moore and his wife Robin with Bob Hunefeld.	Motorcycle exhibition before hand entertained the crowd.	A little clowning around for the kids.	Ron Pestina and the Pitstop Band entertained the crowd with songs about local tracks and racing.	Track Record holder Johnny Brazil was on hand for the ceremonies. He thrilled the 99 crowds for decades with his driving skill!	Jack Houston will manage the racers and wave the flag, just like when he started in the 50's at Kingdon Drag Strip!!	San Joaquin County Supervisor - District 1 and vice-chairman Carlos Villapudua with promoter Tony Nocetti.
