Cary Treadway of Stockton, again won the Street Stock Championship at Stockton 99 Speedway in 1999. Treadway won 13 of the 23 Main Events he started in '99. That ties him with Paul Guthmiller of Manteca, set in 1993, for the most wins in a Street Stock in a single season.
